Group Services

We can provide:

- Strength and conditioning programs for team sports​

- Injury assessments and prevention programs for teams and workplaces

- Strapping and injury management workshops (Includes HSC year 12 PDHPE)

- Education and demonstration workshops at open days, gala days and expo's

- Staff education (gym's, office and workplace)

- Make your gym stand out with contracted in-house physio assessments and injury management / prevention guidelines.
